This 4-day afternoon camp brings the magic of the movies straight into the kitchen. Each day is inspired by a beloved film — and students cook and bake their way through the most iconic dishes from the story. It's part cooking camp, part movie magic, and 100% delicious. Breaks are built into the daily schedule so students can taste and enjoy their creations — and everything goes home with them at the end of each day.
Throughout the week, students will cook their way through dishes inspired by Ratatouille, Lady and the Tramp, The Princess and The Frog, and Willy Wonka — from a classic French vegetable tian to a spaghetti & meatballs dinner to chocolate creations worthy of the chocolate factory itself.
Students will develop real kitchen skills including kitchen safety, equipment use, knife skills, stove and oven basics, recipe reading, mise en place, measuring, time management, and cleanup — all through the lens of their favorite films.
Menus will be emailed the week prior to camp and a booklet of recipes will go home on the last day of camp.
