This 4-day morning camp introduces young bakers to the art and science of baking — from classic American favorites to French pastry techniques and beyond. Breaks are built into the daily schedule so students can taste and enjoy what they've made — and everything goes home with them at the end of each day.

Each day has a theme, and recipes are chosen to build real baking skills in a fun, approachable way. Students will learn kitchen safety, equipment use, measuring, mixing methods, oven basics, recipe reading, mise en place, time management, and cleanup.

Throughout the week, students will bake their way through a variety of sweet and savory treats — with themes spanning American classics, Italian baked goods, French-inspired pastries, and Asian sweets.

Menus will be emailed the week prior to camp.
