This 5-day morning camp takes young chefs on a world adventure — exploring the flavors, ingredients, and cooking traditions of France, Italy, Mexico, North America. Breaks are built into the daily schedule so students can taste and enjoy what they've made — and everything goes home with them at the end of each day.
Each day is dedicated to a different country or region, and recipes are chosen to build real kitchen skills while celebrating the diversity of global cuisine. Students will learn kitchen safety, equipment use, knife skills, stove and oven basics, nutrition, mise en place, recipe reading, measuring, time management, and cleanup.
Throughout the week, students will cook and bake their way through dishes inspired by some of the world's most beloved food cultures — French classics, Italian favorites like homemade pasta and pizza, Mexican staples including fresh guacamole and homemade tortillas, North American comfort food favorites, and an international dessert celebration to close out the week.
Menus will be emailed the week prior to camp.
