Sourdough - December 10

Join Sierra as she leads this popular, beginner-friendly sourdough workshop! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough baking—from maintaining your starter (no daily feedings!), understating fermentation, and building the confidence to prepare and bake sourdough at home. 

You'll get to sample some sourdough bread during the class, along with some soup from Nell's!

Sierra will walk you through each step with practical tips and how to avoid common pitfalls. Participants will leave with ability to fully dive into their own sourdough journey. 

This class provides starter, a banneton, and take home instructions. 

Ages: Adults or teens age 14+*

*If younger than 14, children may be able to register alongside a registered adult (both will need to pay for a seat). Please inquire.

Classes are nonrefundable, but we can offer credit towards future classes when you notify us 48 hours before the scheduled class time. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to a lack of attendance. In this case, a full refund will be given.
